Quality is built in stage by stage at our associated plant, Shandong Changrunda Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., in Liangshan, Jining. Every unit is checked before it is allowed to leave.
Steel plate, axles, suspensions, tyres and fittings are checked against the order specification before they are released to production.
CNC flame and fiber laser cutting, followed by press-brake forming to the engineered profile for consistent beam geometry.
Main beams and body sections are welded in jigs to control camber, straightness and squareness — the part that decides how the trailer tracks and wears.
Shot blasting or sanding to remove mill scale and rust, then primer and top coat applied in a controlled spray booth for adhesion and weather resistance.
Suspension, axles, brake system, landing gear, lighting and electrical harness are installed and function-tested before the unit moves to final inspection.
Dimensional check, brake and light test, weighing, and a documented pre-shipment inspection with photographs sent to you before loading.
We list every certificate with its number, issuer and validity period, and we mark its current status honestly. Where a certificate has passed its printed validity date, we say so.

A "Renewal in progress" badge means the certificate is no longer within its printed validity period — it is not presented here as valid.
