Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 October 2026

Who we are

Shandong Weierxin Automobile Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) is a semi-trailer and truck export enterprise registered in the People’s Republic of China, with its export office at 7F B07, No.149 Jing-2 Road, Shizhong District, Jinan, Shandong, China. We are the data controller for the personal information described below. For any privacy question, write to weierxin@wrxtruck.com.

What we collect

  • Information you give us — your name, company name, country, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, the products you are interested in, and anything you write in an enquiry form, an email or a chat message.
  • Information collected automatically — when you load a page, our web server records standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use this only for security and to keep the site working.

What we do not do

This website does not embed third-party video players, advertising pixels or social plug-ins. The QR codes shown on this site are plain images: they connect to WeChat or WhatsApp only if you deliberately scan or tap them. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Why we use it

  • to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation;
  • to prepare drawings, proforma invoices and shipping documents if you place an order;
  • to arrange freight, customs clearance and inspection with the service providers involved;
  • to meet our obligations under Chinese export, tax and record-keeping law;
  • to keep this website secure and to prevent abuse.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from the last contact. Order, shipping and customs records are kept for as long as Chinese law requires — currently at least five years for export documentation.

Who we share it with

Only where it is necessary to fulfil your order: freight forwarders and shipping lines, customs brokers, inspection agencies appointed by you or by us, banks and payment providers, and our associated manufacturing plant, Shandong Changrunda Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. We do not share your data for anyone else’s marketing.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to weierxin@wrxtruck.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for business buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.

Terms of Sale

Last updated 13 October 2026

Scope

These terms apply to the sale of semi-trailers, trucks and engineering equipment by Shandong Weierxin Automobile Co., Ltd. to business buyers. Where a signed sales contract or proforma invoice states different terms, that document prevails.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless the quotation says otherwise. Prices are quoted in the currency stated and are normally ex-works or FOB unless another Incoterm is agreed. Specifications, prices and availability are subject to final confirmation in writing.

Orders

An order is accepted when we issue a proforma invoice or order confirmation and you confirm it in writing, or when we receive your deposit. Please check the model, dimensions, axle configuration, colour and component list on that confirmation carefully — production starts from that document.

Specifications and drawings

Every unit is built to order. Where a drawing or specification approval forms part of the order, production time runs from the date we receive your written approval, not from the date of the deposit.

Payment

Unless the contract says otherwise, payment is by T/T with a deposit on order and the balance before shipment, or by irrevocable L/C at sight. All bank charges outside China are for the buyer’s account.

Delivery and Incoterms

Delivery terms are FOB, CFR or CIF per Incoterms 2020, as stated in the contract. Indicative production time is counted from the later of receipt of the deposit and approval of the drawings, and is a good-faith estimate rather than a guaranteed date.

Title and risk

Risk in the goods passes in accordance with the agreed Incoterm. Title passes only when we have received payment in full.

Inspection

You are welcome to inspect the unit before shipment, either in person or through a third-party inspection agency appointed by you. We will give reasonable access to the factory and will act on any reasonable findings before loading.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, government action, port closure or transport disruption.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation; if that fails, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in Jinan, Shandong, administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), whose award is final.

Shipping Policy

Last updated 13 October 2026

Lead time

Typical production time is 15–35 working days after we receive the deposit and your written approval of the drawings. Larger fleets, customised units and peak season can take longer; the confirmed schedule is stated on the order confirmation.

Packing

Units are prepared for sea transport with anti-rust treatment on exposed metal, protection on the paintwork and, where required, waxing. Loose parts and documentation are packed and marked according to the packing list.

Container loading

Most flatbed, skeleton and sidewall semi-trailers are shipped loaded or knocked down. A 40 ft HQ container typically carries two flatbed semi-trailers depending on dimensions; low bed and tanker units are usually shipped by RO-RO or on a flat rack. We photograph and video the loading of every order and send you the files.

Ports

We normally ship from Qingdao, Tianjin or Shanghai. Other ports can be used on request.

Documents we provide

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Bill of lading (or sea waybill)
  • Certificate of origin, plus Form A / Form E or other preferential certificates where applicable
  • Manufacturer’s certificate, and inspection certificates where the destination requires them

Other documents required by your customs authority can be prepared on request — please tell us before shipment.

Insurance

Under CIF terms, marine insurance is arranged by us for 110% of the invoice value. Under FOB and CFR, insurance is the buyer’s responsibility; please arrange cover before the vessel sails.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes, port charges and clearance costs at destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless we have expressly agreed DDP terms in writing.

After shipment

We send you the bill of lading copy, container number and vessel details so you can track the shipment. If anything is damaged in transit, notify us and the carrier within 7 days of taking delivery, and send photographs of the damage and of the packing.

  • Running gear, axles, suspension and landing gear — 12 months, or the component manufacturer’s warranty if longer
  • Paint and surface finish — 6 months
  • Electrical, braking and hydraulic components — 6 months
  • Consumables and wearing parts (tyres, brake linings, filters, lamps, seals) — not covered

What is not covered

  • Damage from accident, collision, rollover, overloading beyond rated capacity, or misuse;
  • Damage from non-approved parts, unauthorised modification or unauthorised repair;
  • Normal wear and tear, corrosion from an unsuitable operating environment, or damage caused by lack of maintenance;
  • Labour, transport, craneage, downtime or other consequential costs.

How to make a claim

Contact us at weierxin@wrxtruck.com or +86 133 5510 0219 with:

  • the order number, or the unit’s VIN / chassis number;
  • the date of delivery and the current mileage or operating hours;
  • a description of the fault, with photographs and, where useful, a short video.

We will review the claim and reply with our assessment, normally within 5 working days.

Remedy

Where a valid claim is accepted, we will supply replacement parts, or repair or replace the defective component, at our option. Replacement parts are shipped with your next order or by courier. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the defective part, and we are not liable for loss of profit, downtime or other indirect loss.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is given in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you have under the sales contract or under mandatory law that applies to it.

Questions On Any Of This

Need a document, or a term varied for your market?

Most of our orders are governed by a signed sales contract. If you need different payment terms, an inspection clause or a specific certificate, tell us before we quote — we would rather agree it up front than argue about it later.
